Bee pollen is a highly absorbable protein that is rich in vitamins, amino acids, proteins, lipids carbohydrates, minerals, enzymes and other micronutrients.
Bee Pollen can be eaten on its own, on top of fruit salads and breakfast cereals, or blended in smoothies and drinks.
