Particularly useful in normal all food gelatin preparations. One level tablespoon of 100% Pure Gelatin will jell one pint of liquid. Use with any good recipe calling for gelatin. 12g of protein per serving.
This is the only beef gelatin in Australia that is additive and preservative free!
