Shipping

We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please have orders in by 1pm to have your order shipped the same day.

We ship registered post so that your order is tracked and insured. If you are not home, a card will be left and you can collect at your local post office. If you do not receive a card within 7 days of the day it is shipped, please go to your post office and enquire if there is a parcel waiting for you.

If your want your order left without a signature, please leave instructions in the checkout box.

Our website is directly linked to the Australia Post calculator. All postage charges have been calculated by Australia Post and are based upon the weight of your order. Our Fermented Cod Liver Oil products are liquid in glass bottles, so are quite heavy and we ensure they are well-packed.

We charge $5 for P & H, registration and insurance. This is the best way to keep your parcel safe and know exactly where it is during transit

However, if you need your order quickly, we can send Express Post upon request. Please call us and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP!

• Orders $400 and over receive a 10% discount off all items not already on special
• Orders between $200 and $399 receive free shipping!

These discounts will be calculated and applied during the checkout process.

These offers excludes individual items priced over $200 (eg. water filters and 20L coconut oil) and cannot be used in conjunction with one another and are limited to one offer per person per day.
