When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please have orders in by 12pm to have your order shipped the same day.

What method of postage do you use?
We ship registered post so that your order is tracked and insured.
If you do not receive your order (or a card from your postman) within 7 working days you can ring Australia Post and quote the tracking number you receive by email when you place your order. You can also check the tracking online.
I don't want to pick up from the Post Office. Is there another option?
Yes, if you are happy to have your order left without a signature, please choose this option in the checkout.
Postage Charges
All postage charges have been calculated by Australia Post and are based upon the weight of your order. Our Fermented Cod Liver Oil products are liquid in glass bottles, so are quite heavy and we ensure they are well-packed.
Express Post
If you need your order quickly, we can send Express Post upon request. Please chose this option in the checkout. Express post is not covered by insurance against loss or damage for more than $50 value.
Cold items
Bottarga and Fermented Vegetables are always shipped on a MONDAY and usually seperate to the rest of your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is someone home to collects the parcel on Tuesday. If no one is home (or if the postman does not knock to check!) or the parcel does not get left at the door, you may need to collect from your post office on Tuesday afternoon.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card (Mastercard or Visa), EFT, cheque or money order. These options can be selected in the checkout process when placing your order.
If you pay by by credit card, the payment will be deducted from your card at the time you place your order. Our site uses 256 bit SSL encryption to ensure the utmost level of security.
Your credit card will be debited at the time you place your order. We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours.
Do you offer practitioner and wholesale discounts?
