Returns Policy
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS BASED ON VARIATIONS IN TASTE, SMELL, TEXTURE etc. Our Femented Cod Liver Oil is exrememely stable and even when dark in colour and strong in smell, it is NOT rancid and is healthy to comsume.
If you change your mind and wish to return an UNOPENED product, we will accept items back within 14 days from date of purchase.
In order to qualify for a refund, items returned must be un-opened with seal in tact and in the same condition they were sent. Opened items will not be accepted back, so choose carefully and read our FAQ page for more important product/taste information.
When returning items please ensure they are very well padded with bubblewrap as items break very easily in the postal system. If items are broken enroute back to us the cost of replacing the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending the item both registered and insured.
Refunds on returned items will be given on the cost of the product only. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
