Returns Policy

If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened product, we will accept items back within 14 days from date of purchase.

If you are returning damaged or incorrectly received items, please contact us so that we can send you a return slip.

When returning items for a refund please note:

  • The item must be returned un-opened with seal in tact and in the same condition they were sent.
  • We do not issue refunds based on variations in taste, smell, texture etc. 
  • When returning items please ensure they are very well padded with bubblewrap as items break very easily in the postal system! If items are broken enroute back to us the cost of replacing the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending the item both registered and insured.
  • Refunds on returned items will be given on the cost of the product. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
