Returns, Damaged or Defective Goods
Our policy in relation to Returns, Damaged or Defective Goods shall be as specified in Our standard Terms and Conditions for the supply of Goods and Services. We shall not accept returns for change of mind or if you make a wrong decision unless due to our negligence or incorrect information supplied by Ourselves. If you enter incorrect or missing information in the shipping address when placing an order and the order is sent back to us, there is a $15 re-processing and re-shipping charge to sent the order a second time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they check all details of the order are correct before the order is dispactched.
