What method of postage do you use? icon
We use E-Parcel (Registered Post) and E-Parcel Express (Registered Express Post) as well as Flat Rate Express Post.
E-Parcel is our regular shipping service where your order is tracked and insured. It is generally a 3 - 6 business day transit time, except for SA and WA, which can take 7 - 10 days. If you are not home you should receive a card to collect your item from your local post office. If you do not wish to collect from the post office, you may select the "permission to leave" option in the checkout. However, please note that if your parcel goes missing and you have chosen this option, we are not able to replace items lost or stolen from your doorstep as this forfeits all insurance options.
E-Parcel Express is the faster service offered by Australia Post. It is also tracked and insured. Delivery time frame is 24 - 48hrs from the time it is shipped. Please note that for areas outside of the Express Post network it can take longer and this is outside of our control.
Can I track my order? icon
Yes. Once your order has been sent, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
N.B. This tracking number will not be active on the Australia Post website until after 5pm on the day it is shipped.
Do you offer free shipping? icon
Yes! Free shipping is available to all retail orders (sent standard post) within Australia over $99
How do I return an item? icon
If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened product, we will accept items back within 14 days from date of purchase. If you are returning damaged or incorrectly received items, please contact us so that we can send you a return slip.
The item must be returned un-opened with seal in tact and in the same condition they were sent. When returning items please ensure they are very well padded as items break easily in the postal system! The parcel must be able to be dropped from 1 mtr in height without damage. If items are broken enroute back to us the cost of replacing the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend sending the items via registered post. Refunds on returned items will be given on the cost of the product. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
