How soon will I receive my order? icon

Almost all orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hrs of being received. Transit time is 2 business days by Express Post and 3 - 6 business days by standard post (WA and SA can take up to 10 days). Please note: If you choose express shipping, it will expedite your shipping time but NOT your processing time. If you need an order urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Can I track my order? icon

Yes. Once your order has been sent, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

N.B. This tracking number will not be active on the Australia Post website until after 5pm on the day it is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping? icon

Yes! Free shipping is available to all retail orders (sent standard post) within Australia over $129

How do I return an item? icon

If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened product, we will accept items back within 14 days from date of purchase. If you are returning damaged or incorrectly received items, please contact us so that we can send you a return slip.

The item must be returned un-opened with seal in tact and in the same condition they were sent. When returning items please ensure they are very well padded as items break easily in the postal system! The parcel must be able to be dropped from 1 mtr in height without damage. If items are broken enroute back to us the cost of replacing the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sending the items via registered post. Refunds on returned items will be given on the cost of the product. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
