This GPA Wholefoods dessert combines the flavour of chocolate and the texture of a mousse but in a new and healthy way. This recipe is the perfect way to give your family a firm favourite without the nasties. The avocado, also known as an alligator pear or butter fruit, is the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA).
