Directions for Use:
- Replace one cup of regular flour with ⅔ – ¾ cup of Natural Evolution Ultimate Gluten Free Baking Flour
- To make self-raising flour, add 2-3 teaspoons of baking powder to every cup of Natural Evolution Ultimate Gluten Free Baking Flour
