The very freshest cá com (black anchovy) is sourced from the crystal clear waters off the Phu Quoc Island archipelago, then salted with pure sea salt just moments after the catch. The salted fish is slowly fermented in traditional barrels for over a year. Red Boat is the ‘extra-virgin’ first pressing of the fermented fish.
